GABS Numbers

The bake sale has officially come and gone, and I don't think we did too shabby.  We brought in over $3000 at the bake sale (that's a lot of cookies), which combined with our cash donations, auction and raffle prizes for over $9000.  Pretty decent for a first run, but the bottom line is great for the kids and charity.

Of course there were many lessons learned, things I would and wouldn't do again--but for now I'm taking a break and cooking something savory.  Thank you everyone for all your help.  If you'd like to see pictures of the event, please navigate the the Photo Gallery where I made a thumbnail gallery.

Congratulations on a successful event. I am glad I stopped by. Everything looked so tempting I had to restrain myself. I've helped plan fundraisers myself and appreciate the enormous amount of work that goes into them. When you recover and start planning the next one, keep me in mind. I would be happy to donate some of my baked creations.
