Hummus

This weekend I had to prepare a contribution for our annual HOA BBQ, and the pressure to perform for the third year in a row was unlike anything Bowie ever sang about.  After years of rich, slow cooked pork, I decided to ditch the meat and prepare scratch pita and hummus.
