Rick has finally updated his blog again!  Bad news is Chef Tramonto may be losing name to his restaurants in Wheeling- Cenitare will take over.  With current economic conditions, the effort to replicate them across the country has also come to a halt.  The good news is he just released his new book, Osteria, October 14th.  His next book has also been made official, Rick Tramonto's Steak With Friends, which will come out in 2010.
